House Price in Istanbul

The metropolis of Istanbul, as the economic capital of Turkey, is the largest and most populous city in Turkey. This metropolis has always been welcomed by immigrants due to its economic, natural, and other characteristics.

Istanbul is divided into 39 districts; There are 25 districts in the European part and 14 districts in the Asian part. Each of these areas has its own unique characteristics and naturally, the price of a house in each of them is different.

Due to the fact that Turkish immigrants (both Turkish citizenship/passport applicants and Turkish temporary residence applicants) do not know the different areas of Istanbul and the price range in these areas upon arrival in Turkey, they will be confused and properties may be sold to them by profiteers beyond the real price.

For this reason, in this article, we present the average price of each square meter of residential properties in different districts of Istanbul.

To avoid confusion of dear readers, all the numbers have been rounded.
